Texas Panhandle Centers

Established in 1966, Texas Panhandle Centers Behavioral and Developmental Health, (TPC) is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that serves people with mental health, substance use and intellectual and developmental disabilities beginning at birth through a person’s life span. This care is available to all people living in the upper twenty-one counties of the Texas Panhandle. All treatments use trauma informed, person centered and evidenced based practices. This assures that the unique needs people have in their recovery journey are addressed with the whole person in mind, not just the diagnosis. With over fifty-five (55) individualized programs, TPC has been the provider of choice for the service area for the past sixty (60) years.

TPC's Mission is to respond to the behavioral and developmental health needs of individuals by creating an accessible system of care that supports individual choice and results in lives of dignity and independence.
