The Coalition of Health Services, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to building healthier communities across the Texas Panhandle. As the regional backbone for health collaboration, we unite over 26 counties, 15 rural hospitals, and a broad network of health providers to strengthen access to care and improve outcomes in our underserved and often-overlooked communities.

We proudly serve as the home for several transformational programs, including:

  Nurse-Family Partnership – empowering first-time mothers through one-on-one nurse home visits from pregnancy through the child’s second birthday.

  Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) – strengthening school readiness by equipping parents to be their child’s first and most important teacher.

Our mission is “to develop and support the collaboration of area health providers in the provision of health services.” Guided by the CEOs of the Texas Panhandle's hospitals—who make up our Board of Directors—we are uniquely positioned to lead strategic health initiatives that are both locally responsive and regionally coordinated.
