For a child entering foster care, everything can change in an instant. Panhandle Orphan Care Network steps in with Placement Packages filled with new clothes, hygiene items, blankets, toys, Bibles, and other essentials—helping children feel seen, cared for, and loved.

Through our Placement Package program, Moses Closet, and support for foster and kinship families, we serve children throughout 26 counties across the Texas Panhandle.

Our mission is rooted in James 1:27 (NLT):

“Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you.”
