Mission 2540

Mission 2540 works with families living in low-income apartment communities, meeting their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs. Established in 2004, we tried to live out Matthew 25:40, reaching out to the “least of these” for 21 years. Week in and week out , our goal has been to Feed, Clothe, and Love our neighbors in need.

Because of the generosity of so many of you, we are now impacting lives in 10 multi-housing communities throughout Amarillo, and 2 additional properties in Lubbock. We reach close to 200 kids each and every week through after school activities, where they are fed, play games, and learn about the love of Jesus. Each month, we provide thousands of dollars in financial assistance for rent, utility bills, and groceries. In addition, we provide Christmas, Easter, and Back-to-School outreaches and a variety of camps and other activities throughout the year. Our goal is to be a positive, consistent presence in the lives of struggling families.
