Who is a survivor?

A survivor is classified as anyone who has received a cancer diagnosis from the time of diagnosis... for life.

$500 – Provides one month of ChemoCar rides for three local cancer survivors to get to their radiation treatment appointments. Most survivors undergo radiation treatments five days a week for at least four weeks. No one should have to worry about how to get to their oncology doctor appointments.

$250 – Provides virtual one-on-one counseling sessions for a local cancer survivor to learn tools to help them cope with their diagnosis and treatment side-effects. Now more than ever, cancer survivors need reassurance that they are not alone.

$100 – Provides two group activity classes to a local cancer survivor at the 24 Hours in the Canyon Survivorship Center such as exercise 

$75 – Provides a survivor with a wig free of charge from the Wig Room at the 24 Hours in the Canyon Cancer Survivorship Center.

$50 – Provides a survivor with an oncology massage from a certified oncology massage therapist. Massage is proven to help survivors with chemotherapy-induced neuropathy and chronic pain.
