We are close to breaking ground on the Texas Panhandle First Responders Memorial this year! We hope you’ll help us over the finish line with a donation to this worthwhile community project during The Panhandle Gives.

“We are asking the Panhandle community to consider an end-of-year donation so we may break ground this year to truly honor our fallen brothers and sisters from across the region.” ~ Potter County Sheriff Brian Thomas.

Thanks to the generosity of more than 230 individuals, organizations, and foundations, we have raised more than 90% of our goal for the Texas Panhandle First Responders Memorial to date, bringing us just within reach of our $1 million goal.

The Texas Panhandle First Responders Memorial will recognize and honor fallen first responders from across the top 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle who have made the ultimate sacrifice since 1882. A list that includes individuals from 45 area first responding agencies.
