Equity Fund

The Equity Fund was created to uplift and empower communities of color
across the Texas Panhandle, including Black, Hispanic, Latino, Latina, Latinx,
Refugee, and other underrepresented groups. This fund helps address the unique
needs within these communities while fostering greater awareness,
understanding, and appreciation of their rich history and contributions to our
region.

programs, initiatives, and organizations working to promote inclusion,
