Joseph's Storehouse Food Bank (TLF)

The Tulia Love Fund, operating as Joseph’s Storehouse Food Bank, is committed to strengthening our community by providing “a hand up, not a handout.” Our mission is to support individuals and families facing hardship by offering access to supplemental food and resources that promote dignity, stability, and hope.

In Swisher County, where poverty rates reach approximately 37% and more than half of residents do not earn a living wage, the need is significant. The majority of those we serve are women ages 25–44 and young children under the age of five, followed by seniors age 65 and older—highlighting the critical need among some of our most vulnerable populations.

Through strong partnerships with local churches, dedicated volunteers, civic organizations, and regional partners such as the High Plains Food Bank in Amarillo, TX, we are able to serve our neighbors with compassion and consistency. Together, we are not only meeting immediate needs but also helping build a stronger, more resilient community.
