Texas Panhandle Pet Savers, Inc is a non-profit dog and cat rescue group with a mission to decrease the number of pets euthanized in the Amarillo area by raising awareness of adoptable pets and providing resources and programs to successfully place them in permanent homes. We were founded in 2011.
