Panhandle Companions Fund

Household pets, service animals, and other companion animals help enrich the lives of thousands of individuals and families across the Panhandle. Animal welfare nonprofits play a critical role in connecting lost and stray pets to forever homes and families. Amarillo Area Foundation's Panhandle Companions Fund is dedicated to supporting and strengthening these animal welfare nonprofits across the Texas Panhandle. Through capacity building grants, leadership training and workshops, the Panhandle Companions Fund also aims to bring animal welfare groups together in order to maximize their impact and develop shared solutions.
