Altrusa International Foundation of Pampa, Texas, Inc.

The Altrusa International Foundation of Pampa, Texas is a non-profit organization that works to benefit the Pampa community.  We have the following projects:

$1,000 scholarship each year to college student

$1,000 vocational award each year to an adult to further their education to allow them to secure a job or purchase suitable attire or other necessities.

We maintain a small "Butterfly Park" for the City of Pampa

We monetarily support the Children's Shopping Tour with Optimist Club, as well as wrap gifts at Christmas time.

Donate children's books to daycare

Monetarily support Dual Credit courses for 2 students each year.

We donate books to elementary schools and read with children K-3.  We also read with children at Lovett Memorial Library

We monetarily support the Pampa Pregnancy Center

We donate to both senior citizen's centers.

We pack kongs for the animals at PAWS on Mondays each week.  A rubber toy filled with snacks for night enjoyment

We participate with Snack Pak4Kids every other week and make annual donation

We have started a new project "Wreaths for Veterans.  We place wreathes on graves in December.

Project called 12 Good Deeds.  We take snack packs, etc. to First Responders or other community workers once each month
