LIONS DISASTER RELIEF

Lions Disaster Relief programs aim to provide immediate and long-term assistance to communities affected by natural disasters and humanitarian crises, operating on the principle that Lions are often the first to respond and the last to leave.  The mission focuses on delivering critical aid such as food, water, shelter, and medical supplies, while also supporting the reconstruction of vital infrastructure like homes, schools, and hospitals to help communities fully recover. 

Our Panhandle of Texas Lions Foundation- Lions Disaster Relief program primarily operates in the Texas Panhandle's 26 counties.  Our focus is to provide beverages and hot meals to first responders and affected residents as soon as possible during and after a disaster such as tornados, wildfires, and other disasters.  We have responded to floods in Amarillo, wildfires in the Panhandle and other disasters as well as providing food service to first responders in a variety of settings.
